Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Intendra AI ("Intendra", "we", "us") provides a customer-experience intelligence platform that analyses customer interactions to identify root causes of friction, manage performance and prevent avoidable contacts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at www.intendra.ai and to the Intendra platform and related applications (together, the "Services").
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a demo, contact us or create an account, we collect your name, work email address, job title, company name, interaction volume range and any message you send us.
Account and sign-in information. If you sign in to the platform with Google, we receive your Google account name, email address and profile picture, as authorised by you on Google's consent screen.
Customer data you submit to the platform. Our business customers connect or upload customer-interaction data, such as support tickets, chat and email transcripts, call recordings and transcripts, surveys, reviews and related metadata, and agent and team performance data. We process this data on behalf of the customer. It may contain personal data of the customer's end customers and employees.
Data from connected Google services. If you choose to connect a Google service to the platform, we access only the data covered by the permissions (scopes) you grant on Google's consent screen. See section 4.
Usage and device information. We automatically collect log and technical data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and the date and time of access, through server logs and similar technologies.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure and maintain the Services, including authenticating users and analysing the interaction data our customers submit.
- To respond to demo requests, enquiries and support requests.
- To improve and develop the Services, and to monitor performance and diagnose problems.
- To communicate with you about the Services, including service and security notices.
- To detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents and other harmful activity.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer data to serve advertising.
3. How we share information
We share information only as follows:
- Service providers that host our infrastructure, store data, provide analytics or support, and act under contract and on our instructions.
- Our customers. Data processed in the platform is available to the customer organisation that submitted it and its authorised users.
- Legal and safety reasons, where required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of Intendra, our customers or others.
- Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy's protections.
- With your consent or at your direction.
4. Google user data
Where the Services access data from your Google Account through Google APIs, our use and transfer of that information to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- What we access. Only the data covered by the scopes you approve, such as your basic profile (name, email address, profile picture) for sign-in, and any additional Google data you explicitly choose to connect.
- How we use it. Solely to provide and improve the user-facing features of the Services that you requested, such as authenticating you and, where you connect it, analysing that data within your Intendra workspace.
- What we do not do. We do not sell Google user data; we do not use it for advertising, including retargeting or interest-based ads; we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the user-facing features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; and we do not allow humans to read it unless you give consent for specific data, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.
- AI models. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.
- Revoking access. You can revoke Intendra's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and ask us to delete data we obtained through Google (see section 7).
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and secure, and to understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some functionality.
6. Data security and retention
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls and the principle of least privilege, to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the Services, meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Customer data is retained according to our agreement with the customer and is deleted or returned when that agreement ends. Data obtained through Google APIs is deleted when you disconnect the integration or ask us to delete it, unless we are legally required to keep it.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. If your data was submitted to the platform by one of our customers, we may direct your request to that customer, who controls that data. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
8. International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Children
The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice.
